Light the Night

What a fantastic night, i ended up as a marshal for the evening with my daughter Sarah, what a night, there were people from all walks of life there to support the local cancer charity, some were in costume and some were lit up like christmas trees but all brought an energy, there was a ladies choir and local folk band singing in the woods, there were ornamental lights and features around, at the finish line there was hot food and drinks available, there was live music, fire dancers, wood craft demonstrations, message trees and even the odd clown.

Around 500 people turned up on the evening, including charity patron Jessica Ennis-Hill
